Payment and Refund Policy

The fee for Prof. Guolong Liu’s 30-minute online oncology video consultation is USD $299 per session. WhatsApp inquiry and consultation application submission are free. Payment is required only after the medical records have been manually reviewed and the case is considered suitable for the video consultation.

The fee generally includes medical record organization, necessary medical translation support, video connection testing, one 30-minute video consultation, a bilingual Chinese-English consultation conclusion report within 48 hours, and one free follow-up question within 7 days after the consultation.

After payment is completed, the coordinator will confirm a video consultation time acceptable to both sides. If rescheduling is needed, please request it at least 24 hours in advance whenever possible. Rescheduling depends on doctor availability and service arrangements.

If the doctor or service team cannot provide the consultation and no mutually acceptable new time can be arranged, a full refund may be requested.

If the patient side cancels at least 24 hours before the scheduled consultation and the consultation has not taken place, a refund may be requested. Actual third-party payment fees, transfer fees, or completed translation/document preparation costs may be deducted where applicable.

Refunds are generally not available if cancellation is made less than 24 hours before the consultation, if the patient side does not attend on time, if the consultation cannot be completed due to the patient side’s device or network issues, or if the consultation has already started or been completed.

Remote consultation is a medical consultation and second opinion service based on available records. It does not promise any diagnosis or treatment outcome. Dissatisfaction with the consultation conclusion or recommendation is generally not a refund reason.

If a refund is approved, the arrival time depends on the payment channel and banking process. It may usually take 5-10 business days or longer.
