Payment and Refund Policy

The fee for one 30-minute online video consultation is USD $199. Payment is required after case review and appointment confirmation.

The fee includes submitted information review, online video consultation, second opinion discussion, and coordination support.

Free rescheduling may be requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled consultation, subject to availability.

A full refund may be provided if the doctor cannot provide the consultation and no suitable rescheduled time is available, or if the patient cancels at least 24 hours before the appointment.

Cancellations within 24 hours or no-show appointments may not be refundable.

If approved, refunds may take 5-10 business days depending on the payment provider.
